At Barbie Blitz LLC, each wig is custom made, customized, and prepared specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once your order has been delivered or picked up.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than an error made by Barbie Blitz LLC. Please carefully review your order details, including wig style, color, length, texture, and cap size, before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

    •    If your order is still in our possession and has not been shipped, delivered, or picked up, you may request a refund.

 

    •    Pre-orders become non-refundable once production has started with our vendor. This includes any order that has entered the manufacturing process.

 

Once your order has been fulfilled and received by you (delivered or picked up), it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
