Order Agreement

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information provided during checkout is accurate. Barbie Blitz LLC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

Payment Authorization & Verification

To help protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, all orders placed with Barbie Blitz LLC require completion of a card authorization form before processing begins.

 

Customers must provide the required payment verification information to confirm that they are the authorized cardholder. Orders will remain on hold and will not move into processing or production until the card authorization form has been completed and approved.

 

Failure to complete the required card authorization form may result in a delay of your order processing timeline. Processing times will begin once verification has been successfully completed.

 

Customization & Product Disclaimer

Many of our wigs are customized and prepared specifically for each customer. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur between units, including curl pattern, density, layering, color, and styling.

 

These variations are a natural part of creating a customized wig and do not qualify as defects.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted and processing or production has begun, changes, cancellations, or modifications may not be possible.

 

Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

 

Payments

All purchases must be paid in full before orders enter processing or production.

Wig Care & Maintenance Disclaimer

Barbie Blitz LLC wigs are customized and styled before shipping to provide a ready-to-wear experience. To maintain the quality, appearance, and longevity of your wig, proper care and maintenance are required.

 

Customers are responsible for following recommended care instructions after receiving their unit. Factors such as heat exposure, humidity, product buildup, improper brushing, excessive manipulation, and lack of proper maintenance may affect the appearance and longevity of the wig.

 

For wigs with curls or waves, curl patterns may naturally loosen over time due to wear, weather conditions, storage, and styling habits. Additional styling may be needed to refresh curls and maintain the original look.

 

Hair texture, color, density, and styling may appear slightly different depending on lighting, camera settings, and individual hair care routines. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

 

Barbie Blitz LLC is not responsible for changes to the wig caused by improper care, alterations, chemical treatments, excessive heat, or styling performed after the unit has been received.
