Processing & Shipping Policy

At Barbie Blitz LLC, every order goes through a processing and preparation period before shipment. Please review the processing times below.

 

Processing Times 

 

Popular Remakes (Pre-Orders) 

    •    Payment processing take 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

    •    Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will move into production with our supplier. Manufacturing typically takes 2–3 business days to complete.

    •     Once manufacturing has started, your order is considered in production and is no longer eligible for cancellations or refunds.

 

Wigs On Hand

    •    Wigs on hand are available for immediate pick up  and ready to ship.

    •    Orders placed before 4 PM EST will ship the same business day.

    •    Orders placed after 5 PM EST will ship the following business day.

 

Shipping

 

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

 

All orders are shipped through FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. This signature requirement helps ensure your package is safely received and helps protect against lost or unauthorized delivery claims.

 

To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that your shipping and billing information is accurate before completing your purchase. Barbie Blitz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missing information, or changes requested after your order has been processed.

 

Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Barbie Blitz LLC is no longer responsible for the package while it is in transit. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
